A Great Escape: Ritz Carlton Maui Kapalua Bay

April 11, 2012 by

Swaying coconut palms.  Fruity drinks with little umbrellas.  Warm ocean breezes.  Ahhh.  Relaxed yet?

Situated on a pristine beach, this century old pineapple plantation that is now the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, Maui offers an opportunity to enjoy rolling hills, breathtaking sunsets, two championship golf courses and a three-level swimming pool complete with a 20,000 square foot sun deck and children’s pool.  Not to mention a new fitness center and yoga studio – all designed to connect you to your inner ‘om.’  Or beach bod.  One of those.

You need a break.  Here, let’s look at the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, Maui pictures shall we?

The list of amenities goes on:  direct access to the number one beach in America as decreed by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman (aka Dr. Beach), 6 restaurants, the Ritz-Carlton spa featuring treatments inspired by ancient Hawaiian traditions, the Jean-Michel Cousteau Ambassadors of the Environment program for guests of all ages, 4 tennis courts and 1 basketball court.

Has your blood pressure dropped yet?   Some more photos for your mental holiday…all that’s left is booking a for-real holiday.

The Ritz Carlton in Maui is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. I stayed at the Residences and would go back in a heartbeat.
