Best Affordable All-Inclusive Resorts

September 5, 2012 by

When it comes to affordable all-inclusive resorts, the term “best” is somewhat subjective. For one it may mean the least expensive and for another it could mean the resort that offers the most amenities.

With today’s service-oriented hoteliers, the bar has been raised for the all-inclusive resort model. If you do your homework, you’re sure to find one offering exactly what you’re looking for.

Here are three of the best affordable all-inclusive resorts but this only scratches the surface.

Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Dominican Republic

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

If you choose the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, all-inclusive includes dining in 9 restaurants, snacks (including pool-side snacks), drinks, room service, land sports, live entertainment and use of the Body Rock fitness center with instructors. Amenities also include free Internet access on resort computers, plus gratuities.

Wyndham’s all-inclusive resorts offer a selection of destinations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean.

Manchebo Beach Resort and Spa

If you’re looking for an all-inclusive Caribbean vacation experience, the Manchebo Beach Resort and Spa offers top notch amenities, and a breathtaking location on the shores of Eagle Beach.

This two-story boutique resort is newly renovated, offers services at Spa del Sol, a Caribbean-Balinese spa on the beach and air conditioned fitness room. They offer an optional premium all-inclusive program that features a premium open bar and fully a la carte dining.

Viva Wyndham All-Inclusive Resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean

Wyndham’s all-inclusive resorts feature a selection of destinations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. In this case, all-inclusive includes: meals, snacks, beverages, daily activities, unlimited non-motorized water sports, nightly entertainment and more. From swimming and snorkeling, to dining and entertainment this is a perfect choice for putting together a vacation perfect fit for you.

Things to Ask Before Booking

Terms change quickly in the resort business, so be sure to clarify what is included in an all-inclusive deal. Along with that, if you are going on vacation to enjoy the beach, ask how far it is to the beach. While a 15 minute walk is close, walking 15 minutes to and from the beach isn’t an ideal location, even if it is called a beachfront resort.

Good point about finding out if the hotel is actually ON the beach or not. Some places don’t clarify and you can be stuck in what feels like the middle of nowhere.
