Olarro is an 8-room, 5-star, luxury boutique hotel in Kenya, Africa.
Olarro is a nice, stylish, organic hotel in the Loita Hills of Kenya. This vacation hotel is situated in South West Kenya, 200 kilometres from Nairobi, at 6,000 feet above sea level on a 10,000-acre private concession, conveniently close to the area of the annual wildebeest migration.

Constructed with local materials, 7 cool white cottages with thatched roofs and en-suite showers are powered by state of the art solar and wind power. With its unusual string of small connected swimming pools and its freeform sweeping organic shapes of thatch and whitewash, Olarro is like a series of beautifully interlinked platforms built with 180 degree panoramic views to allow the guest to best appreciate the great African outdoors.

The west-facing lodge is divided into Main Olarro and Little Olarro.

Main Olarro has seven cottages, six of which are joined by way of a common sitting area, ideal for groups or families.

For guests wanting more privacy, Little Olarro is an independent house a stone’s throw from the main lodge. The most commanding feature of all the cottages is without a doubt the outdoor deck that wraps around each accommodation and offers 180-degree views.

The Restaurant is where meals are served in the lounge or at a poolside table under the stars with an emphasis is on fine, fresh ingredients. The bar area is in the northern lounge which overlooks the savannah and features an under-the-stars open fireplace.

At this best hotel, there is a mini spa adjoining the series of small, interlinked swimming pools, set up as a rather ideal way to finish the day.

With this organically constructed hotel in Kenya, you will undoubtedly encounter a unique vacation journey, all the while lodging in the best of luxury.
