The Basin Harbor Club offers a variety of accommodation options intertwined with the beautiful backdrop of Lake Champlain.

  • Homestead Building: For instance, the Homestead Building was built in 1792 and is the oldest operating inn on Lake Champlain. The buildings native stone facade and wide-covered porch offers a cool respite on hot, summer days. It’s 16 guestrooms are equipped with private baths.
  • Penfield Place: Penfield place is a three-bedroom house with the look and feel of a quaint English cottage. It features stone hearths and custom woodworking throughout the large living room, first-floor suite, and two upstairs bedrooms.
  • The Main Lodge: The Main Lodge is the Basin Harbor Club’s original farmhouse. It houses the dining room, front desk, concierge services and gift shop on the first floor and has 14 guestrooms up on the second and third floors. All the rooms enjoy private baths and feature harbor or golf course views.
  • Champlain House: For those who prefer a room more like a hotel room, the Champlain House is a 1920’s era building with spacious guestrooms furnished with double beds, private baths, and partial views of Lake Champlain through the trees. It’s just a short walk from the waterfront, and nestled among a group of private cottages.
  • Summit: The Summit was completed in 2009 and is an upscale Adirondack-style lodge with 10 beautifully appointed suites. Amenities include large fireplaces perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Guests staying here can choose from suites, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom combinations.
