The Queen Queen Deluxe Room is a 400 square foot oversized guestroom with two queen-sized platform beds includes a CD Stereo, fully stocked honor bar, 37 inch flat panel TV, terry cloth animal print bathrobes and a hair dryer.

The King Studio Kitchenette is a 400 square foot guestroom with a king platform bed includes a separate area with a kitchenette including a Hi-Top table for two with matching bar stools with an origami-inspired seat, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes all decked out in stainless steel and a vibrant shade of papaya. This non-smoking room also includes a CD Stereo, fully stocked honor bar, 37 inch flat panel TV, terry cloth animal print bathrobes and a hair dryer.
The Bunk Bed Room is 400 square foot guestroom is designed for kids and kids-at-heart with two separate sleeping areas including a king platform bed and a bunk with two twin beds, a separate DVD player integrated with a TV in the bunk room. This non-smoking room also includes a CD Stereo, fully stocked honor bar, 37 inch flat panel TV, 2 adult terry cloth animal print bathrobes and 2 child bathrobes and a hair dryer.
The Flex Room is a 400 square foot guestroom with a king platform bed was built for the health enthusiast in mind and includes a separate area with both cardio and yoga equipment and a personal 12 TV in the work out area. This non-smoking room also includes a CD Stereo, fully stocked honor bar, 37 inch flat panel TV, terry cloth animal print bathrobes and a hair dryer.

The Helix Suite is 700 square foot suite, larger than most apartments in DC, with a king sized platform bed in the bedroom also includes a separate cozy living room with an L-shaped sectional sofa, walk-in dressing room, and large bathroom accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. This non-smoking room also includes a CD Stereo, fully stocked honor bar and a 37 inch flat panel TV. The spacious bathroom includes terry cloth animal print robes, a magnifying makeup mirror, luxurious bath products, hair dryer, cotton balls, Q Tips, and vanity.
