The Metropolitan, London is a chic, modern hotel situated on Park Lane.

Many of the hotel’s suites have views where guests can look out over Hyde Park, the green heart of London. Interiors by United Designers are pared-back and cosseting, and Wi-Fi is standard all through The Metropolitan.

The hotel has a variety of rooms for guests to choose from, including: City Rooms, Deluxe City Rooms, Metropolitan Rooms, Park Studios, City Studios, Park Suites, Superior Park Suite, Deluxe Park Suite, and COMO Suite.

City Rooms have a desk and either a queen-sized or king-sized bed. These tranquil, cozy rooms overlook Mayfair. Most bathrooms feature a tub with shower, while some have a walk-in shower.

Deluxe City Rooms are roomy, overlooking Mayfair, her boutiques, streets and rooftops. They include a king-sized bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, a desk and relaxing seating area. Twin Deluxe City Rooms with two separate beds can be interconnected.

Metropolitan Rooms offer unforgettable views of London’s Royal Parks. The king-sized bed, large desk and comfy banquette seating area make for a calming, modern space with loads of natural light.

The arrangement of the Park Studios is open-plan with separate zones for work, rest and play including a big sitting area.

City Studios feature a king-sized bed. There is a desk, separate sitting area with a dining table and a liberal walk-in closet. The design is particularly matched to travelers who like city, open-plan living. A second bedroom – a queen City Room – can be connected on request.

The Metropolitan London’s sunny Park Suite offer remarkable views of Hyde Park through full-length windows. There is a king-sized bed, an open plan sitting area and small balcony overlooking the Park.

Superior Park Suite showcase outstanding sights over Hyde Park from this ninth-floor suite. There is a king-sized bed, banquette seating, a living room, guest cloakroom and dining table for four.

The much-requested top-floor Deluxe Park Suite offers magnificant views of Hyde Park. It has a separate bedroom, living/dining room and additional guest cloakroom. The Deluxe Park Suite can be connected to a Park Studio adding one or two extra bedrooms.

Their massive, 110 square meter COMONO Suite on the 10th floor features a separate living room, bedroom and guest WC. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer never-ending views of Hyde Park. The bathroom features a free-standing bathtub with floor-to-ceiling, park-facing windows. The living room has a huge relaxation area with a dining table. There is also a balcony with a Japanese rock garden. The COMO Suite can be interconnected with a Metropolitan Room.

Nobu restaurant highlights Japanese-Peruvian, Michelin-starred cuisine, while the newly refurbished Met Bar is a trendy classic. The intimate and recently expanded COMO Shambhala Urban Escape offers holistic, Asian-based therapies in addition to yoga and a private gym.
