Don’t Miss: Sleepless Night, Miami, Nov 5th

November 1, 2011 by

Sleepless Night Miami Beach returns Nov. 5 with over 150 cultural performances around the town to last until daybreak.

Local and international artists from symphonies, theater and dance groups, tropical bands and much more will present complimentary and compelling performances outdoors and at many of Miami’s unique venues, including the New World Center and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden.

Modeled after Nuit Blanche in Paris and Montréal’s All-Nighter, the first edition of Sleepless Night in 2007 was an astounding success with rave reviews from locals and art aficionados, alike, and the second edition in 2009 drew more than 130,000 people. The City of Miami Beach provides convenient, complimentary shuttle buses between the venues for the entire duration of Sleepless Night.

The events, all of which are free, make a full range of cultural performances and venues accessible to every age and interest. The 13-hour marathon culminates with a grand finale breakfast concert on the beach.
