For those who enjoy the beauty and gentle touch of butterflies, the Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center introduces visitors to more than 1,000 tropical butterflies as they flutter freely in North America’s largest, glass-enclosed conservatories.

Every week, butterflies emerge from chrysalises, and dry their wings as guests watch it happen. Every visit to the butterfly center is a little different, as things like the amount of sunshine available and the season of the year all influence butterfly behavior.

The TreeTop Adventure offers the thrill of zip-lines as guests take in all nature has to offer at new heights. On the TreeTop Adventure, you’ll traverse almost 1,500 feet horizontally as you soar up to 30 feet above the forest.

You’ll make your way using zip-lines, ladders, wires, logs, netting and other suspended surfaces. It’s challenging and thrilling and a great adventure for the young and young at heart.

Advanced reservations are required for this attraction and participants must be 54 inches or taller and weigh no more than 260 pounds. If you plan to take on this adventure, wear closed-toe shoes.
