Looking for some delicious fun? The Flavor! Napa Valley Celebration of Wine, Food & Fun is an annual event you won’t want to miss.
This year’s 2013 event will feature world‐class Napa Valley wines from 150 wineries, dishes prepared by 50 of Napa Valley’s master chefs and graduates of The Culinary Institute of America’s culinary education programs, and 40 unique events.
Here’s a sample of what you can expect:

Handmade at Oenortri

Join this event to meet three of Napa Valley’s premier beekeepers, chefs, and a special guest winemaker for a morning learning about bees and an afternoon of honey-inspired recipes paired with award-winning wine.
Artisan Chocolate Truffles & Design
This class, created by Anette’s, will inspire participants to create amazing desserts in their home kitchens. Annette and Brent will show you how to make dark chocolate truffles and decorative chocolate pieces used to garnish desserts.
You’ll be tasting along the way, too. Mmmmmm. And your family and friends will have the opportunity to taste your creations.
Flavor! Napa Valley finishes up on November 24. Net proceeds from this event will go to support programs and scholarships at The Culinary Institute of America’s Greystone Campus in St. Helena, CA. For full details, be sure to visit their website.
