Oktoberfest Indian Style

Instead of traveling to Munich with millions of others for the famous Oktoberfest festival, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce brings the melting pot of German and Bavarian culture to India.

While Oktoberfest is an annual tradition celebrated among European countries, it is also an event embraced and celebrated in Indian metro cities in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. The offer is available through the entire month of October 2013.

To be eligible for your free beer, you’ll have to book a vacation package, hotel room, or airline tickets through the website. The offer is limited to metro cities and other significant destinations in India.

Oktoberfest Indian style offers an opportunity to enjoy music, fun, food, and sunny beaches depending on your destination. For instance, this year Oktoberfest in Goa will kick start on October 25 at the Baga Grounds and will feature more than 30 music acts over the three days.

“Oktoberfest Goa 2013 will see a great line-up of Indian as well as International artists. This year the plan is to take the musical experience to a whole new level.” — Munna Ruknuddin, director of the organizing company Bullseye Entertainment

The festival is also known for International cuisine from around the world along with 15 varieties of domestic and International beers.

Travelguru’s Oktoberfest offer is a fun opportunity for holiday seekers as well as business travelers to relax with their free beer at the end of the day.  Along with the three-day festival, visitors can also enjoy pre-parties and a host of after parties scheduled in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad, too.
