Cigalon Restaurant in London, England

Cigalon Restaurant brings Provence cuisine to London.
Named after the 1935 Marcel Pagnol film, the restaurant is contained in a splendid prior auction house on Chancery Lane. Its green house glass-ceiling, double height dining room, reed fences and singing cicada, transport you effortlessly to Cannes or St Tropez without the luggage, air travel, and expense.
The restaurant has private, sheltered booths and comfortable banquettes. It is the perfect venue, for those eating business lunches and couples sharing a romantic dinner.
Cigalon meat and fish specials are humbly but expertly cooked on the grill by the chefs who silently operate the open kitchen area at the back of the dining room. Guests may enjoy Rack of Lamb, Rib of Beef, Suckling Pig, whole Sea Bass and more seasonal delights which change daily.

The A la Carte menu offers classic Provençal cuisine composed of dishes such as Salade Niçoise, Camargue Beef Cannelloni , Pieds et Paquets (lamb tripe and trotter stew), Line-caught Cod and Aioli as well as Smoked Pumpkin Risotto with Sage.
Any sweet tooth will enjoy the Chestnut & Passion fruit Baba, Caramelized Orange Mousse, Aniseed Bitter Chocolate tart, or Iced Nougat & Juicy Soft Berries.
If you are looking for something quieter, look no further and book the private dining room which comfortably seats 8 to 9 guests and Cigalon Chefs will design a menu tailored to your needs.
