Kei’s Restaurant in Paris, France

July 25, 2011 by

Kei’s Restaurant’s gastronomic originality will arouse your senses and emotions.

After seven years working with the chef Alain Ducasse, who was awarded with 3-stars Michelin, at the Plaza Athenee restaurant, Kei takes over Gerard Besson’s restaurant and gives patrons the enjoyment to enjoy his cooking touch.

In his restaurant, Kei offers a set menu, as it is common in Japan: for lunch, the menu is composed of 4 or 5 dishes with the choice of meat, and for dinner, the menu offers 6 or 8 dishes. Thanks to his French cooking background, Kei looks for the equilibrium between sweet, salt and bitter flavors and between melting, mellow, crispy textures. The result is a range of imaginative, rich and delicate compositions, where the different flavors offer an unstructured and extraordinary cuisine.

Each of the imaginative dishes offers a chance to discover a magnificently inventive, exceptional, and refined fare.
