Nuage, Vietnamese restaurant in Beijing

April 5, 2011 by

Located in Beijing is a well established Vietnamese restaurant, Nuage, which means “cloud” in French.

The interior of Nuage includes antique Chinese furniture with Viatnamese accents such as pedicabs with comforting wood. This is a major theme throughout the five floors of Nuage. A long silver dragon snakes up the back staircase to the main dining room, where the low light from red lanterns flickers on reed curtains and finely crafted wooden tables.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, the menu includes such items as: Creamy Pumpkin Soup and Chef recommended Coconut Onion Beef. Lake views can be seen from restaurant, which are sure to take your breath away.
