The Pearl Oyster Bar in New York City

The Pearl Oyster Bar is located in New York City, New York established in 1997. It is open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner and Saturday for dinner. Takeout is also available.
Pearl hours are Monday through Friday, lunch: 12pm-2:30pm; dinner: 6pm-11pm. Dinner hours for Saturday are 6pm-11pm.
Pearl Oyster Bar was opened in 1997 by Rebecca Charles, who’s goal was to bring delicious New England seafood to New York City.
The lunch menu offers chilled seafood, with Market Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, and Half Chilled Maine Lobster, among others.

The lunch menu also includes Small Plates, such as Salt Crusted Shrimp and New England Clam Chowder with Smoked Bacon; and Large Plates, such as Pan-Fried Fish Sandwich with Shoestring Fries and Fedelini with Little Neck Clams.
The dinner menu offers Market Oysters and Little Neck Clams, among other items under the chilled seafood option. The small plates for dinner include: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Pear Caesar, and Prince Edward Island Mussels with wine, mustard and cream. The large plates include: Pan Roasted Filet, Whole Grilled Fish and Bouillabaisse. In addition, the dinner menu offers sides, including Haricot Verts and Sweet Corn Ragout.
Chef Charles also included an open kitchen in her design so curious New Yorkers could watch their food being prepared.
