Beauty Products for Travel

When it comes to travel, when beauty products come head to head with T.S.A. regulations, beauty products often lose. Packing just three ounces of product can present a challenge.

But a new company has taken that challenge on with products available in T.S.A.-approved sizes which are now being sold in airport vending machines.

3floz.com Founded in 2009

New York City-based site 3floz.com was founded in 2009 based on the idea of offering high-end beauty and wellness products and selling them in airport vending machines.

Currently there are nine of these seven-foot-tall vending machines in airports including John F. Kennedy International Airport, St. Paul International Airport, and McCarran International Airport.

According to the company’s co-founder, plans are in the works to open 25 more automated retail stands before the end of 2013 with another 100 planned for 2014 including international destinations.

While it’s great that these products are available at select airports, travelers don’t have to wait to purchase their beauty products on the run. Just sign up for a 3floz account, add the products you want to your shopping cart and they’ll be delivered to your home.

They offer 3 different replenishment plans to help keep your travel bag stocked every 30 days, 90 days or 120 days.

3floz.com offers a wide range of products for women, men, and family, including beauty and wellness products, as well as accessories.

Whether you’re looking for travel size products for the face, body, hair, or sun care for that beach destination, they offer a selection of more than 50 brands. They’ve taken the guess work out of whether or not your beauty products will make it through the airport, and have eliminated the extra work it takes when they don’t.
