Nosh Here

This downtown Colorado Springs bar and restaurant will leave memories on your lips. It’s hip decor and ambient atmosphere stand out among the other downtown eateries.

Their Asian-fusion style menu is riddled with exotic concoctions of ingredients that rhyme harmoniously in every bite. It is a tapas style menu, and sharing plates is encouraged.

They describe their dishes as “interactive” and encourage you to “explore the different tastes, textures, and combinations that exist on each plate.”

Try the beet caprese with pesto, balsamic, labna, and basil, or the Brussels sprouts with chili sauce, buttered polenta, Manchego, and candied citrus zest.

The Chili Mac n’ Cheese is another favorite of the locals. If you can’t decide, let the chefs decide for you and order “The Experience,” 4 plates, Nosh’s choice. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re not hungry, at least stop in for a signature cocktail. The “French 75” or “Franks Mistake” are both tasty enough to make you beg for more.

They also have a good selection of wines and microbrews for your enjoyment.

Most dishes are between $7-14, and specialty cocktails around $8, but for those on a budget, you can stop by during their daily happy hour from 3-6pm for a half priced food and drink menu.
